The Background
During my education in engineering college days, I never had any planning to become a software professional business. But after some time the passion to do something of my own that will give me actual freedom to explore my creative potential and skill was taking more shape with each passing day. In 2015, when I passed out Computer Science Engineering, I made out that the first and foremost thing should be, to learn, 'how things are going on in the industry. I joined my first job in an educational development company. But soon I realized that the job environments in the private organization or later in MNC companies, were not appeasing my creative spirit to the extent, I crave. The ardor for working with the latest trends and technologies ultimately took me to an absolute different zone, most commonly named software development.
I started working in software companies and my experience with each project exposed my vision leading up to a self-designed company. As a consequence, I left my job to tie the knot with my dream. The combination of experience and passion eventually led to the formation of our team brand “SMD” (Software Maintenance and Development) from the scratch.
